Opening the second night of the iHeartRadio Music Festival, Sir Paul McCartney took the chance to prove once again that he is a rock legend. From beginning to end, he showcased his talent and his awe-inspiring tribute to the world of music.
Kicking off his set of new music and legendary classics, he took the crowd on a "Magical Mystery Tour" and even featured the song "Lady Madonna" which was accompanied by hundreds of pictures of iconic women throughout history.
Paul highlighted a few songs that will be on his upcoming album including "Everybody Out There" and the title track to the album, "New." "New" is set to be released October 14th in the UK and October 15th in the US.
In between a couple of his songs, he stopped down to chat with the audience, asking the meaning of Las Vegas (The Meadows), asking them if they've lost all their money yet and to pay tribute to "the late great Jimi Hendrix."
Capping off his set, the rocker played an electrifying version of "Live And Let Die" which included a startling display of fire, fireworks and laser lights. The performance left the entire crowd with goosebumps.
