The 26 letters, of the alphabet, are the blocks of communication. The alphabets name us, direct us, show us, explain to us, teach us, reach us and so on. Mocking a person's name, in their earshot, is probably not the best use of communication. A Southwest gate employee felt justified in laughing at a five year old's name and taking a picture of the child's boarding pass allegedly to post on social media.
