TRUMP BUMP: The President’s Approval SOARS to 51% After BIG Supreme Court Win
President Trump’s approval rating popped to 51% this week following a series of wins including Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s brutal confirmation battle and a diplomatic breakthrough with Turkey regarding an imprisoned American pastor.
The newest figures published by Rasmussen Reports show the Commander-in-Chief enjoying a conformable approval rating of 51% with 49% disapproving of the President’s job performance.
“The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday shows that 51% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump’s job performance. Forty-nine percent (49%) disapprove,” writes the poll.
“The latest figures include 37% who Strongly Approve of the president is performing and 39% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a Presidential Approval Index rating of -2,” adds the survey.
The strong numbers come just days after President Trump pushed through Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court; motivating the GOP base three weeks away from the 2018 midterm elections.
