Michelle is a personal trainer and lifestyle coach, based in Northern California, with over 10 years in the fitness industry. Her experience varies from group exercise, nutrition & mindset coaching to owning her own private personal training studio.
She is certified through NASM as a certified personal trainer, the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a Holistic Health Coach, and the Mindset Performance Institute as a Mindset Performance Coach. She has also obtained certifications in Food Science, group exercise formats including hip hop, TRX, cycle, kickboxing, and a form of pilates combined with yoga.
Michelle brings a unique approach to her personal training clients, helping her clients get stronger not only in their body but more importantly, in their mind!
