This debate may never end. The issue is HEALTHCARE, for those who need it. So, the never ending question, still remains. Is Healthcare a RIGHT or a PRIVILEGE ? I thought that coverage of pre-existing conditions, was the one thing that everyone agreed upon and would fight for, no matter what. Is that NOW, not the case?
