Solar paints the floor and science has opened the door. The Sahara Desert is up for an upgrade; "Solar Panel Farms." Scientists are working hard to produce enough electricity to substantially meet the need in about 3 decades (32years). Lofty feat? Not according to some of the smartest minds around. Scientific research is constantly looking for ways to make and do things better. And that could also include more rain....coming to a Sahara near you.
