Hacking and the hackers won't stop the PHILFERING of our data; so, some states and even countries, are moving up, to let it be known, that it is no longer okay, enough is enough. New laws are being enacted to take on the task of confronting and stopping the theft of private information and to hold the Tech companies more responsible for letting it be done.
