The Boys and Girl Scouts of America is part of the american fabric. It's an organization that promotes cooperation, cohensiveness, family, character, leadership and the like. Now, the togetherness is not so much. The Girls are suing the Boys for trademark infringement.
Marketwatch says its a serious matter and that it bears watching. It seems that rebranding the Boy Scouts is causing confusion with the Girl Scouts.
