District Court Federal Judge Morris, District of Montana, overturned the permit to get the ball rolling on the 1100 miles of the famous XL pipeline, destined to run from Canada to Texas. This ruling will extend the contention between the pros and cons of the project. It seems that the President and his Administration, failed to take into accounts major issues and dismissed previous analysis, that could make this project not an all around win.
A victory for the opponents. Back to the drawing board for the proponents. This fight is definitely not over.
