Well, the rules, they are "Achangin" according to two high ranking members of the Winconsin Assembly. It seems they are considering reducing the powers of the incoming Governor. Their reasoning, is to implement state law and appoint members to boards and comissions. This was a power of the outgoing Governor Walker. So what changed? The lost to Tony Evers, a Democratic Governor? Is this also, the reasoning of the citizens of the state of Wisconsin?
