This is the 3rd Millineum, of the 21st Century, and thousands of jurisdictions are still using Windows 7. This software will no longer be supported as of January 2020. This is a really really big deal. Old Windows software users, from the numbers, seem to be, no big deal; even though Windows 7, was inaugurated in 2009.
