A European study suggests that along with eating habits and body mass, the consumption of 2 or more sodas per day, could have an adverse effect on your health and contribute to a decline in your lifespan. Further tests are needed to determine exactly what direct effects are present. This study was done on a 16 year basis, using almost a half million people, who were an average of 51 years of age.
