According to the site, unique Knoxville Tex-Mex restaurant and cocktail bar Chivo Taqueria serves some pretty incredible food, with the brisket burrito being named the best in all of Tennessee. Chivo Taqueria is located at 314 S. Gay Street.

"Chivo Taqueria is a little different to your typical burrito joint, and so is the food. The swanky cocktail bar and Mexican restaurant gets rave reviews for its brisket burrito in particular. This wonderful wrap contains barbacoa brisket, Chihuahua cheese, black beans, rice, sautéed onions, jalapeños, and Korean barbecue sauce. The ingredients are sourced from local farms where possible."
