Elon Musk's SpaceX is preparing to send two astronauts to the International Space Station and claim its spot in the history books in the process. If the weather holds today, the mission,called Demo-2, will launch NASA astronauts Bob Behnken and Doug Hurley into orbit at 4:33pm ET.
They’ll leave Earth on a Crew Dragon spacecraft atop a Falcon 9 rocket from NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida.As we told you before, today's planned launch will be the first American crew to launch from U.S. soil since 2011.President Trumpis expected to be in attendance.
